Gudmundsson has impressed in the Serie A this season, with the Iceland international having scored ten times and racking up three assists under Alberto Gilardino. La Gazzetta dello Sport today (via TMW) have reported about the 26-year-old, stating that Tottenham and another Premier League club are interested in Gudmundsson, but Inter are set to move for him.

Gudmundsson would be keen on the move to Inter and he seems keen on staying in the Serie A in the summer. The forward is valued at 30 million by Genoa, who sold Radu Dragusin to Spurs in January.

Inter are looking at the right way to move for the player and it is possible that they could offer an initial loan deal with the obligation to buy him permanently. Sales could yet happen at Inter and that could help them make a permanent move right away, but that will depend on the futures of Alexis Sanchez and Joaquin Correa.
